Big pack laser sale very cheap! $247 worth of lasers for $70

Does not look good. Adam removed his itemized post.
He did that 2 days ago... when he knew we were on
his trail... he scurried like a scared rat to remove his
Avatar Pic and some Posts.... But they were all saved
by Members on LPF....

Wow, when did this thread turn into a Kumbaya-singing love fest?

Just letting Adam know that the majority of our laser community make great friends-- and likewise being a newest top turd on our sh*tlist --not so great.

He has responded that things I have posted may make him not do the 'right thing'-- pretty lame reasoning if you ask me- but I have deleted much of my posts and offered to PM with him - older brother style-

I, like most of you have some history that I am not exactly proud of. As we get older these past bad behaviors take on new meanings- the past afaik is not changeable and we have only limited control over the future.

But redemption can be had by just being nice now to all you have contact with. Haters put unneeded stress on themselves and pay the price for this-

"Only the dying know how to live''

peace to all- even Adam-Andrew B.-Jake- Tyler-Bob H ,,etc etc

Len

ps I cannot stand the KUMBAYAL song

I don't believe it... this guy tried to p!

You found his apology sincere? He only fessed up because some members here were getting too close for his comfort in identifying his address, his ads in uk, and his paypal data. He apologized to buy some time, so, he can clean up and open new accts, and getting ready to move out of his folks home, if they're not in the can yet.

Well, go back to lobsters links to UK police and their scam report site, and start a complaint. The text from the OP along with his paypal address and IP-address, if the forum still got it.
A link to the gumtree will not harm.

I don't see what you have to loose from it.

I just sent Adam a Paypal invoice for my refund. ($70.00USD to be paid as a gift payment)
I should have done this a few days ago, but I was just waiting to see what happened first.

**********Just adding this to the thread for a record keeping measure.************

No need to respond. Just beating a dead horse at this point. :horse:

Thanks,
Rod

doubt the grifter will pay this invoice any mind. But, you should continue to follow up on invoice on a weekly basis as a record to show you tried to collect.

This was the stupidest scam ever. He wanted people to send the payments as a GIFT and put the email address in public to get multiple payments. Also he had no pictures at all. That right there=blatant Scam.

You guys need to take this serious and get something done about these scammers or they're gonna keep coming back here. Gotta make an example of these losers.

You are absolutely right but don't forget we have middlemen for this sort of thing.

So yeah... Any time I've tried in the past, I've been told by the police I can't file a civil suit on someone else's behalf, and if I want to file a criminal suit, I'd have to be a key witness.

I'm not really willing to fight your battles for you; as much as I love the community, I have no time and money to help you. I strongly urge both Dave and RoDnSuE to file charges with The West Yorkshire Police Dept and The UK Fraud Centre.

This is a cut-and-dry case, you should have no problems winning. More than anything, I'd like Adam to face five years in jail for fraud. (oh, and up to £500,000 in charges)

I've done everything I can, from tracking down his address, to contacting the relevant authorities, but I'm afraid the ball's in your court now, and there's nothing more I can do to bring this scammer to justice.
