Best Company?

I would NEVER recommend the skylaser!
Go with a 200mW O-Like or Rayfoss laser, they cost about 150$ and you won´t recognize a difference to the laser above. Second option is to participate Glenn´s group-buy. You can get a much better, stronger laser for less money than the skylaser product.

Opto if you have the money and don't mind the size, or CNI (direct if you're in a hurry, or Glenn's GB if you have time and want to save $$) for variety of form factor and even less money.

Those are pretty much the two most reputable/high-quality companies that come to mind. As far as "cheap-o's", there are good ones and there are bad ones but the same rule nearly always applies: "you get your money's worth". Go with O-Like or Rayfoss if you'd like (dare I say DX or SkyL) but it ain't gonna be a marvel

peace & thanks

At powers this high, I would play it safe and buy from a trusted company...
like already stated above, you get what you paid for.

i feel like youre going to get a whole lot of answers with a vague question like that. everyone has different preferences based on past experience. basically any of those will get you a good deal: opto or rayfoss or laserglow or even o-like (but they dont have 400mW greenies i dont believe).

also if this is your first laser id not recommend getting a 400mW (start off small and work up) and make sure you have safety glasses!!!!

You can have a look at the 400mW portable green laser.

Ive personally never heard of you and your prices are extremely high.. You're going to have a really tough time competing with rayfoss and o-like on this forum unless you get someone trusted on here to review your products to verify that your quality is worth the extra $800 you're charging per laser over rayfoss and even optotronics

*edit* only $200 more than the optotronics model

Please purchase adequate eye protection BEFORE you buy ANY laser. We don't want any one-eyed Members. Seriously though, buy some good eye protection first. rob
