Well, it really isn't too complicated for everyone. I know Tylers type of seller. I see them everywhere in my area. They don't know what being honest is so any of you "neutral" voters need to understand that you are not being the "better person" by not voting. You're just being unwilling to support the forum in deep matters that MUST be attended to.

I have my reservations about revealing anything that isn't my place to do so. I also know some other things about Tyler's conduct here, but since these things didn't happen to me specifically, it is not my place to say anything about them. I would imagine that Dave is in the same boat. There is plenty of evidence that has already been presented, and if those individuals who have disclosed other info to me wish to speak of their experiences, they will.

Also, I think some of the arguments in this matter border on personal hatred (something I am not above myself in some situations I am passionate about, but nevertheless someting I look down upon). I think everyone in here would be better off if the arguments that is feeling-based is kept aside from the discussion as a whole. If you have good arguments you dont need pointed sticks to back them up.

Lastly, I think most people in here are nice people (well, I tend to think good about people, so sue me) but this issue is beginning to draw bad blood and that is really unnessesary.

Being partisan might be a good thing sometimes but this is approaching the "its not nice to be here anymore" line.

So you're saying you approve of or condone the kinds of behaviors that Dark has exhibited here? If that's not what you're saying, then perhaps you could enlighten us with a different way of handling this problem? Because by voting no you have (wittingly or unwittingly) endorsed Darks behavior.

Rather than take a stand based on the evidence you have been presented, you would instead prefer to accuse the people who are fighting for good here of being hate-motivated?

I have already stated this fairly clearly:

1) It would take way too much time and space. I have over 50 PM's alone pertaining to this issue. Would you like me to post them all? People already are tiring of this and you want me to post more?

2) Some people have not given me permission to use their information. I don't agree with their decisions, but they are their decisions to make.

3) Some people are still trying to get a laser delivered and/or their money back from him. Exposing them to Tyler's ire will NOT help them get their stuff delivered or money returned.

I cannot both stop the flamewars and tell you everything in a posting folks. If you dont think he is a thief and a lying cheat, then vote to retain him. If you like theives and cheaters vote to retain him.

I you want this forum to stand for something more than just a market base, then help me clean house and run this vermin out of the forum.

I am so tired of situational ethics and the "prove it to ME personally" mentality. The facts are very clear. If it is not enough,then enjoy living in this home you are building.

This statement has no bearing on Jerry. He is here in the discussion. I am most disappointed in the veterans that have decided to "stay out of it" and/or to avoid the conflict. I leave you with a quote I gave earlier.

its actually a little disappointing to see some of the vets that voted to keep him here. im not downing anyone for their decision but the evidence is right in front of you. tyler has screwed up time after time after time and you guys just keep expecting all of us to keep forgiving? it doesnt work like that... a person can only take so much... how much can you take?

i agree about the drug issue though.. ive been a pothead for quite a long time and have only quit recently so i can find a job. drugs have nothing to do with character in my opinion.. it did go to prove that he is a liar though... so it was necassary in this situation.

personal hatred? do you like scammers and theives? i dont. i hate them. does that mean i personally hate tyler? NO! we went through the same thing to get rid of jake21/jake22 who also proved himself to be a scammer... again its the "self moderated" forum thing again....

lastly you should not have even voted if you didnt bother to read the evidence in front of you... no ones opinion should have mattered to you but your own whether it was motivated by hatred or whatever... you should have made a judgement based on the evidence, not what you think you see.
