I wouldn't normally ask publicly and I don't like to sound impatient or inconsiderate, but has anyone seen or heard from daguin recently?

I ask because I sent back a laser he sold me in early May. He replied to say he has received it around 14th May and the required parts to repair it were arriving shortly, but haven't heard from him since. I did send a message on 6th June, but had no reply. He also hasn't visited this forum since 8th June.

He may be busy with work or something, but it's a bit odd to not hear a word for over a month. I trust that he has a good reason as he's generally been praised as a straight and reliable person around this community. I'm a bit in the mist though, as I have paid for the laser...

Haven't heard from him in months... Last I heard he had some very unfortunate things happen in his personal life.. I won't really go into details except that he ended up leaving his wife, then he was robbed.

He is, in fact, a very reliable and straightforward person, this isn't typical of him, it's just I'm sure he has some bigger things to worry about right now.
 
Yeah I remember he said he got robbed recently, but the parts he required were coming in shortly. I would email him but I don't want to appear that I'm pestering him with demands (plus I don't have his email address anyway). I'll wait a bit longer :)
 
in the literal since yes I saw a picture of him with some family on 6/19 on facebook. you should email him

Can you take down the email, and maybe PM it to Adam, so dave doesn't get loads of spam?

well it's good to know he's not dead like Billy mays. I feel a huge emptiness in this forum that used to be populated by Daguin and I sorely miss him. I'm not so much concerned about getting anything I sent him, just concerned for his wellbeing.

I miss Daguin posts.
He was alway the first to bring new us new lasers experiments.

PLEASE - I'm starting to worry - if anyone talks to or sees Dave have him get ahold of me, I've been emailing his personal email for a couple of weeks now and nothing, if he hasn't gotten around to fixing my Kryton I need it back for my 8X build!
