The charge back would be against PayPal not SciFi. Your call if you want to go that route, personally I would for less than a couple hundred.

An account could be terminated if you file a claim against PayPal itself though which is what some are considering.
That's exactly what I intend to do. I'm giving paypal the chance to make this situation right before I consider other options. It's a pretty clear cut case of the seller not sending the item.Then perhaps the sequence of events should be:
1. File with Paypal first. If SciFi doesn't respond to claim in 10 days, you get your money back. If they don't do that, then....
2. Do a charge-back with your credit card company. But if PP has already denied claim (on whatever basis), is this idea still possible?

I understand that part, but I was responding to where people were talking about legal problems we could get into if Eitan handed over our personal data, or if Paypal decided not to pay us back because they were "prohibited" items.
