583.8nm and 589nm, the golden brothers

You need a Nd:YVO4 crystal coated for both 1064nm and 1342nm. Then pump with a 808 like normal.

Oh that would be great, very straight forward that way, except for oven.

It should be straight forward. Will just take careful phase matching, and expect a low efficiency. The crystal is labelled 594.3 nm, but 1064+1319 is actually 593.5 nm. The crystal coatings won't be too specific, so should have no problems getting output once orientated correctly.

No, 1319 is for the 589's. And would then involve a Nd:YAG rather than Nd:YVO4. And the coatings on the crystals probably wouldn't allow that wide a range of IR.

Found this on ebay, now to figure out a way to put an oven in it for my yellow coherent 3x3x5mm KTP and room for a YVO4 crystal. I found a 4 watt wavelength locked 808nm C-Mount laser diode cheap, so I won't have to mess around with a TEC for the diode. This already has an unknown KTP in it where the white tape is.

Backup plan is to just use this for a 532nm green KTP, if it doesn't work out for the yellow crystal.

Hello everyone, I wanted to see if yall could help me with selling me a blue 2w laser or know someone who can build me one. Plz and thank you!

You may want to introduce yourself in the welcome section first, before you post a off-topic request on a random thread.

I've never seen a something so elaborate, but I like it. :D
You should be able to use it for your yellow. But it may be worth using it for a high quality green instead.

For green, I have two of the 4 watt rated wavelength locked 808nm C-Mount diodes I could PBS combine to drive a crystal harder and produce a lot of green, don't know how stable it will be in this kind of frame unless I find a way to control the temperature of the crystal holder, or perhaps the whole thing inside a temperature controlled aluminum tube. I think this is one of the most awesome things I've seen for a home built DPSS project, well, sort of home built, most of the work is done if using this.
