That only means the pulse power is higher than 700mW , if 50% cycle is used in pulsed mode and CW laser power meter measures 0.7W, that means the peak of one pule is 1.4W , or close to it, is that correct?

They are still being run at 1W CW, what difference does it make?The LDs run pulsed in the projector at 250Hz and 50%/66% duty cycle depending on power settings. The 700mW reading is therefore not accurate.
