When my cats were younger, they could jump to the ceiling chasing the beam.
Now, only 1 chases it. A while back, he stopped chasing the 650 so I bought a 1mW 532 off of e-bay,........37mw, bought 5 more >20mW before I finally got a 3mW one.
With the 532, it's just like starting over, he goes crazy for it. All of them are scared to death off the 405's, run and hide the minute I fire it up.
Cat's are the funniest creatures.!!!!
 
right up until you go camping in the back lot, and wake up with your cat sitting on your chest eating a mouse.
 
That's a great video, my cats getting old now so just ignores all of my lasers :(

Maybe that they are two powerful, but both my dogs don't seem to acknowledge them either.

Might buy a cheap 1-2mW red of ebay or something.
 
I´m sure your red cat is going to die on a heart attack :p
 
Cats can't resist chasing the little dot. Humans can't resist trying to make cats chase the little dot....
 
Kitties and lasers go together. My little kitties are so fluffy when they see the laser and my dog chased it into the pool.
 
My little cat is insanely hooked on trying to get the dot. I kinda feel bad for her, because she tries so hard. She does not realize that she just wont ever catch it.
 
Mine will go for any color for any length of time, notice how they all take turns. Only ones at a time. They even climb up to the vaulted ceiling ledge if I shine it on the ceiling ( 10ft high). They run out into the kitchen jump on the counter and then cabents to get up there. I'll make another video soon..
 
Somhow tying a laser pointer to a cats tail could be great fun :)
 
Wow that was high! If you shine it up the back of someone will they leap the same>?
