some one asked to to show them whats inside the c* old projector optics

originaly I posted these using Tinypix but they were so tiny we could not even see them here are larger verison of the place inside the projector where the magic happens via a bunch of lenses a few FS mirrors and two dichros. The blue ,of course comes from the 445 diodes and so does the green by shining of the green phosphur wheel the red phlatlight make plenty red - see the LED light builds popping up. Nothing new tho, been done a while back but not too many in a handheld-- thanks guys(Larry Luke and Moh--what no Curly???) they are hot!

You can attach photos right off your computer...
Just resize them to 600 X 800... and use [Manage
Attachments] in the [Advanced] post edit..

or use picdrop.net - easiest site on the planet. No login, drag and drop. Simple :)

Definitely prefer that method, as the pics won't disappear after some time, and photos shouldn't need more than 800x600 pixels to depict what is needed on a forum post (if you think you need more, you don't; use zoom and crop).

thanks drew rhd BB ped et al . it was my PC- way behind in u[dates prolly malwared or worse. 51 updates -ran for 4 hours -only half way then crashed(dail-up-ISP)

EDIT UPDATE- I added 8pics to the OP and more here. I will post more of my attempt at beamcombining on the cheap- Please help- I will make it worth your while if you have never harvested of if you have not bought an MT one. Anyone willing to pay shipping can join me on this-- there IIRC is a catagory for a throphy at SELEM for "Most ghetto projector" this would be a shoe in. I will mount it on wood or better yet particle board!!
I have a few extra optic assemblies like the one in my pics- Loc DIY lab- 445 DIY lab and AixiZ 65$ 80 to 100 532 nm lab that has no rest cycle. add a fan or two (from c***o too ) and a a switch some cheapy stepper galvos or a 15K real scanner GB 75$- Spaghetti liceinse this week end only 79$ reg 100$-- see carmangary(hinged newt) good and easy softwear.
and Jerry has a great new LPM and Radiant too. done spamming for my friends.(JETLASERS GB #5 coming this week)

wrote this earlier but could not post>>>>>

am wondereing if a crude but easy combining of 445 underdriven) and a 532 labby(80-100mwS) using the dichros from this assembly and the two FS mirrors -without moving much = I know is the mirrors and dichros that move-not the lasers but this is just quick n dirty ghetto- use it for a spiro or lumia- stepper motors-- all very cheap even if the beams were just close together not sayin' I can make a Teal laser but I like to not throw away junk- its part of my laser addiction i fear. But I see many more 'things' coming from the rest of the K***o leftovers. you watch .
I got a dozen ideas my self MMMhhhaaaHa Ha....Ha !

you are getting one and a bunch of loose lenses --shoot me(PM) yr home addy so I dont have to go look. Think you may need more than one? I can get $10+ from the dichros or more but no time to play eekbay games for 10$

len

EDIT UPDATE

for those who are getting a projector or have one and need help dissecting I have done a step-by-step.
looky here:
EDIT UPDATE_ I felt the need to take that thread down myself- better me than admin doing it. See two of the removed pics below.
http://laserpointer

some pics showing a close-up of screws not seen easily.

Also a few tips to make the job easier or for those who will never see one but would like to take a close look inside,,, I will make a new thread and come back and post a link to it here.... meawhile this is what the entire optics/focus and zoom assembly looks like when you remove it.

Thanks for the pics and pm hakzaw. I really appreciate it.

Too bad I got it yesterday and already did it. these would have really helped. I guess I now have to get another one to try again :)
