10 ML101U29-25 for $25!

Well, it's been listed at that price since June 9th... so if it is a mistake, it's taking them a while to figure it out.

Basically these are their dead inventory, It is understandable that not much people are buying these lately, So it's kind of a clearence (10pk) There is a LOT more support for the 445nm's now , Not many people know where to get drivers for these either! But its a good deal nevertheless..

What kind of drivers do we need for this diode? I'm interested

Good find! Just bought some.

I remember the days where we had to spend over $30 for a DVD burner containing one of these :D

Anyone recommend some modules to put these in? I intend to build my own laser soon, here's a nice incentive

Just to clear any trust issues...
I bought from this guy recently. I bought a lpc-836 and it came very quickly and worked :) This seller is legit and i will definitely return to his shop.

Would a standard TO18 5.6mm module work for this? Techood has these modules on eBay too but idk what the difference is?

Yes, these are 5.6mm diodes and will fit in the aixiz module.

Yup these fit in the standard AixiZ module. But be careful, they are easy to blow! I've killed more of these LOC diodes than all other diodes combined. Luckily they are cheap now though :)

i feel the same way! Techhood is solid... i've spent into the hundreds with them.

best thing is the aixiz drivers "(80-500ma)" work awesome with these. 6V+... anything more than that, look into HSing the driver(check the IC).
