You should make these with copper heatsinks.. aluminium seems a little cheap for ~1,25A..

I think these are made for short duty cycles.
Anyway, I don´t run my lasers for more than 20-30sec except for doing photos or vids.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will consider it for future builds. These lasers are operating perfectly fine with the aluminum heatsinks so I do not see it as a necessity. It is also a matter of personal preference. I prefer the silver look VS the copper.
edit: these can run for much longer that 20 seconds. I recommend 45 second duty cycles.

too bad it doesnt work with a 18650 correctly, then I would consider it :(

Well I can make one that runs on a single 18650 for you but it won't work with 2 CR123A. Let me know if you are interested in that.

I got a bunch of batteries today. If you get a laser it will now come with batteries.
