IMPORTANT NOTE--in the event I have multiple orders for the same lasers I will assign them to the buyers BEFORE any metering is done. I desire this GB to be equally fair all the way around. (btw- last GB I ended up with a 405 PL-C that had poor focus and lower mWs than ANY of the others, so I had to wait for adjustment) So please dont ask me to cherry-pick for you. With rare exception every laser coming from JETL has been a 'keeper'. I have had only ONE buyer ask for a refund.(and he got it)

i see and actually the overspec power of 635nm is not that much as 532nm but it will still have a 20-50mw overspeced rating and the heat flow of 635nm is not good, so 1 min on and 10s off is recommended. i guess 'TO' diode has a better heat flow than C-mount? Since they are of different specifications though i know there are 300mw or higher diode in both TO and C-mount.......
If you think we have to wait PL-G 635nm that is being delayed so long, let's have to wait for another week or so. Terribly sorry for that.
For more details about the 635nm diode we use, here is the link and the specs. You can show to them if they are interested. It's a domestic diode supplier .

I'm shipping the 10x expander to u right away but i personally prefer the look of this 10x and upon the test, a guy working in cni said it proves to be much better in specs than the ones they made, the same one dragonlasers used to retail on the website. Except guys who wanna adapt it to the pen or portable, some domestic customers also purchased it for lab purposes and proved decent.
I read your review of the pl-c 400mw and thanks for your good job. Due to the crystal's issue(the variations of different batches), the 400mw+ power PL-C we made did not prove to be good enough and we are trying on new batches.

Please note in the above- the PL-C 635s are NOT as overspec as the PL-C 532s and require a diff. duty/rest cycle. PL-C 635s that fail due to NOT observing the duty cycle will not be covered in the 1 yr warranty.
THE 200mWs(only$295.) 635s are in stock- the higher 400mW are fewer so be aware that the 400mW may end up backordered if too many want that one. The 200mW is typically over spec between 20 and 50 mWs.
