Actually the only reason why I accepted the friend request is because he is friends with bobhaha. As for the rep points I didnt even notice until BH pointed it out and he had to explain the purpose of them to me, fair enough for buying and selling stuff but compared to some of the other guys what difference does it make for 88 or 89? If your really cut up about a few rep points feel free to delete them if it helps you sleep at night.

LOL ..... well, this IS a forum about lasers, after all ..... but you have to keep in mind that, as almost all other similar forums, it's 99,9% a male forum ..... and, saying that you're a girl, is the same that if you throw a steak in a pool of sharks ..... (just kidding, no offense )

Anyway, not only lasers here ..... this is mainly a community of lasers estimators and/or collectors, but usually we try to have also a bit of fun (no just serious scentific conferences ), so, you can expect some offtopic comments, some funny posts, and so on .....

Hope this don't offend you, cause it's a normal thing, on internet ..... and, anyway, if someone post something too much vulgar or offensive, just report it to c0ld or 2007revolution, and they take care about it ..... in the meantime, hope you can have fun as all the others, here.

And, no, please don't take the rep points question too much seriously, it's not intended for that ..... it can be helpful for track peoples that spam or troll too much (a quick rising of negative rep points, and the related comments, can give to admin the evidence about a bad user), and can be used for see if a person is a good seller or a good forum member (other users tends to positive rep peoples that help or sell good items), and so on ..... sometimes, maybe, just a sympaty indicator, and sometimes, like in your case, it can be a way for say you welcome, too (none stated that rep points must be used only for specific purposes, after all) ..... but is not a vital question, really ..... just take it for that what it's intended, a possible help for have an idea about other peoples, but not a taxative, absolute indicator
