I'm in need of some safety goggles (660nm and 532nm), I wondering if anyone had any they didn't need any more. I have been looking oem laser systems and CNI. I would like a decent pair so price isn't really an issue, but I would like to stay cheap as possible.

Also IR blocking would be really nice to have as well!

The green I have is a 100mw and the red I have is 200mw.
:thanks: in advance!

have either of you used the CNI ones from scopeguy20 / glenn? Or is there a review I'm missing? Thanks again!

The glasses Glenn is selling are not from CNI. Im not sure where he gets them from, but its not CNI, and they are NOT actuall laser saftey glasses. However they seem to work rather well from what ive heard. But they have no OD(optical density) rating, and arent really made for protecting from direct hits, mainly just to block the 'blaze' from bluray lasers. Yellowish sunglasses(UVA-UVB rated) will do a similar job, but probably not as good as glenn's.
Those are $10 plus shipping and a very sweet deal for some light BR protection.
However the DL glasses are $25 and are rated OD 4 for BOTH bluray(405nm) and green(532nm) and most inbetween including 473nm(blue)
Laser Glasses - UV, Violet, Blue and Green Lasers Protection

OD>4 @ 190-533nm
OD>3 @ 534-540nm
OD>2 @ 541-548nm

Ahhh.... I just assumed he was talking about the $10 BR blockers that Glenn is selling, they seem to have quite a following around here.
I'd imagine that the dragon lasers glasses are also from CNI considering there just a CNI distributer or 'reseller', though I could be wrong.

seeing as we were on the topic of 660nm/532nm then why would you think we were talking about the blu-ray goggles? but yes dragon lasers is a reseller of CNI products.

Yea I realized that after posting, his BR glasses were on my mind from a different thread I was reading..... My bad:tinfoil:

Thanks everyone for your help! I will now begin my deliberation on which I will get. If anyone else want to chime in feel free do so.
