Now taking orders for Custom copper heatsinks made to order from bar, plate, or finned. copper has twice the densidy of aluminum as well as twice the heat sucking power of aluminum it is by far the best heatsink material going ! If you want to get all the power out of your diodes safely use a copper heatsink ! starting prices $20.00

And here are some to go directly on top of your driver they will need to be bonded with thermal adhesive. they are solid copper so should be much better at sucking heat than any coin you may want to use ;)
they are $4.00 ea

Or maybe a finned copper driver heat sink would do the trick.

If you have a L2 host I make the biggest Cu heat sinks out there.
And there is no matching my fit for the best heat transfer you will get ;)

How about a RL-2088 direct press :eg:

what a great deal, you can't touch the copper for that. what the, did the old geiser die and leave them so the wife sold them to you ?

Peace Pyro... :eg:

Hey how much would a copper heat sink cost for the exact one you have in that picture?

I just joined the forum/hobby so this may be a noob question but...
Could you make one for a SAIK RC-A2/aixiz, or do I need to give you specs?

Thanks

Nice looking heatsinks! I'm doing copper heatsinks for my builds on my bench-top lathe. Copper is tricky to machine without a larger machine than I have. It is kind of "sticky" with the bits.

Welcome to the forum  please rember the search button is your friend, if that fails just ask !
If it's round I can most likely make a Cu heatsink for it and I do require the host here as I machine the heatsink to fit the host VeRRRRRYy tightly so as to get as much heat outside as possible... thanks for asking ! Pyro...

O Yea copper is harder to work than just about any other material. you need carbide bits and high speed to get it to come out right. even then it's a real bear to work with ! tapping is the worst it takes longer to do this than to tap anything else, gum balls would be easier !

Peace All Pyro... :eg:
