I have a MAX 130 too. That damn fiber is a pain. I'm watching to see hou\w you handle it.I bought another one with a power of 120W. Powering it will be easier
You will have to open the lid and drill a hole in the front. If I remove bolts, the lid opens like a can. Here are pictures of 120W pumps on which a red laser is mounted, which passes through all the mirrors
I haven't been busy for a long time because I have a lot of work to do. There are ready-made lenses on this site at a very good price. I ordered this 50X, which is $149. It is best to buy a ready-made lens.I have had the top off and yes, it's full of mirrors but no targeting laser.
I need to know how big a hole has to be drilled into the housing where
the fiber exited. How large is the first lens you used to grab that expanding beam?
Were you able to focus it?
The two lenses between the lasers and the fiber look like yours. Did you try moving one to get
a nice sized beam at the output? I am running mine at threshold for safety.
Thanks
Mike
