Falling for something once is a mistake. Falling for something the second time around it is pure stupidity. Kiyoukan has done several scams in the past. The audacity of this creep. I don't care if he has sparks of holy fire shooting out his ass and walks on water. I will never trust him.

Lol. Selling things to repay? We'll see if he disappears again after the selling and before the repaying.

Kiyoukan has patterns of failure with many things. The only reason he should not be perma-banned is to provide some means of communication to people who have been screwed by him.

I actually don't even think he purposely screwed people over. Rather, I think he is and was just incredibly incompetent with his finances and responsibility, and rather than manning up to his financial stupidity, he bailed. For me, that gives him a bottom-of-the-barrel credit rating and I wouldn't be involved in any transaction that involves giving him any sort of funds, lest he bail with the funds.

So if Kiyoukan is back to repay people, great. He can pay people back. If he's around for any other purpose, including some lame-ass excuse that he needs to make money (off others) to pay back money, I'd ban his sleazebag, dumb ass immediately. If he pays back people and then wants to set up shop again, buyer beware -- though I hope others will join me in trashing his threads, warning any newbies about his past shenanigans.

I saw the PL Thread about a month ago...

As far as I'm concerned... he has already proven that he
can scam people. Not only once but multiple times...

Even if he finally repays what is owes all these people I will
still consider him a scammer and if he tries to sell here again
I will make my stance abundantly clear to any that don't know
of his routine.

He!! you would think if he was honest and just made a mistake
he wouldn't do it multiple times.

Same here Jerry, Moh and Badger and more even, I DO feel a little guilty in not bumping this thread long ago upon his 'return'.... my reason? Well, I sort of wanted to be in to scrape my owings back before anyone else here did.. If anyone cared enough they would had been signed up over at PL anyway just to keep tabs on the possibilities of reclaim anyway, so..
If anyone wants to look down at me for bringing this to attention again that's just tough and I don't give a crap :)

Oh.. he showed up in chat also this morning over there
a comment was made about how it is evident that he is hiding his location/identity:
[03:12] <kiyoukan> huh?
[03:12] <kiyoukan> my location should say im in MI
[03:13] <kiyoukan> but depending on the season and the way the wind blows i live in kinda all over the east side
[03:13] <LaserCo> "the answer my friend is blowing in the wind"

for whatever reason.. he also admitted that he uses multiple servers to hide hisself from identification, maybe this was 'kewl' talk.. who knows..

this guy has interfered with one of my goals in life, I wish I could get payed for or take back the many hours wasted.

You did well to re-surface this Thread because the
same threat of being scammed again is still out there...:gj:

He!! you would think if he was honest and just made a mistake he wouldn't do it multiple times.

Well, that also depends on if people allow it to happen more than once, where people just "let things go" and the incompetence or dishonesty was not punished or the person reprimanded. Some people don't feel (or know) things are a problem unless a big stink is made. Previous to Kiyoukan's big debacle the incidents were more far and few between. Sometimes he would come through which would seem to smooth over things. We've seen that with other people too BlueFusion, LaserBen, heurrscience, Kenom, etc. -- many inconsistent results that have caused trouble for some people, but until the end, not the big incident that gets the person labeled a scammer. Sadly, it takes some big incident to really break that camel's back -- like a kid actually getting hit and killed on a street before a cross-walk is installed.

And as for Kiyoukan... for me, the major reason his actions were dishonest was that he disappeared (or attempted to) when shit hit the fan. I think that was what BlueFusion before his disappearance. For me, that's where it moves from incompetence -- that other people may let slide -- to outright foregoing your obligations and trying to abscond with the goods. A person willing to work out mistakes can forgiven, but someone who disappears -- even if to return later -- builds up permanent reputation damage.

I can't agree with you more...
If we forgive and let it slide once again then we are at
fault if we get scammed again. The warning signs were
there and need to be heeded.

Speaking of Kenom... no word yet about his repayment
of thousands of dollars owed to LPF members. He also
seems to have disappeared. I'd consider that a big incident
including his >2 year unfinished GB fiasco.

That is someone else that needs to be properly classified
and labeled by the Forum community like the others...IMO
