You posted the picture from your unapproved for sale thread, the particulars about the lasers, and your contact information.
That pretty much constitutes a "for sale" post

Let me try this again then without a photo of the items I am looking to sell.

What is the best way to go about selling an item that was purchased through the forum without making useless posts on random topics? I don't have enough knowledge of lasers to contribute and I do most of my reading to gain knowledge. I don't collect lasers as a hobby and only used these to perform a working function that is complete.

If this kind of question is deemed to be "circumventing the minimum posts" then feel free to delete it again.

IIRC, this is 445nm laser

If all you are looking for is help with selling it because you cannot post in the B/S/T board, try asking in the general board for a veteran to help you by acting as a middleman

A lot can happen, in a very short time, to a laser

Depends on how many mods are sleeping Sometimes it takes a few minutes, sometimes up to 12 hours.

If your Thread has not been approved within 24 hours you can
contact a Moderator to have it approved.
It may have slipped between the cracks...

in the local newspaper. Rules have been implemented
for a reason...

Just post/share about your Laser related knowledge
and/or experiences or help out another member.
