i think you could build a mas array of 535nm diodes for that
Based on the current price for 532nm diodes (actually, the closest you can buy right now is ~525nm), you could build a "mas array" of exactly 14 diodes.... and you'd have roughly 700mW, not accounting for losses from optics![]()
It would be worth it.
