I know! I sat on my front porch waiting for 4 days like, it takes 3 days for stuff from Jayrob In Cali, why is this taking SO LONG

yep always a weird story.
i get packages from US in about 4 days and from UK it takes atleast 6 days:thinking:

For those waiting on batch 2, my PCB order is being shipped tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have them to build the drivers this weekend.

Excellent! The package that was returned was beat to hell, the bubbles in the wrap were totally deflated ... but the driver was safe, whew. Ill put it to good use with a 6x diode that I had sitting around.

hey jib, i havent recieved my drivers yet and the USPS tracking number doesnt show the status updated from "shipping information recieved".Hopefully it will come tomorrow.

Looks like yours is going to be one of those USPS is going to deliver before they update tracking. They really piss me off more and more every day.

You still on track with early April for more?

This driver is great, and not overpriced (like some drivers i know of)

so.....when you going to make a boost drive?

I bet if you designed it, you could hold a group buy/pre-order to raise funds for that initial purchase to get you going.

Whatever batch these are, I already have another 1.8A reserved from you, and need another 1.8A, and 2 more 1.3A drivers, on whatever batch that shall be haha

Yup ... PCBs are in fab for early April. Ill also be offering a limited number of 1.8A drivers.

i might be the first usps order that went mia. still not here yet. on the other hand though, i would like to reserve 1 of your 1.8A drivers and 1 1.3A drivers from you april batch.

EDIT: just checked USPS tracking service. IT barely left fort worth texas today. strange...

I just got to work and this was in the mail

Ive now sent how many of these and now they complain about this!? WTF!
The funny thing is it *WAS* more then 3/4" thick, but it looks like their machine squished all their air out of the bubble wrap.

Ill resend ASAP.

My dad says that USPS makes some mistakes, and sometimes they are big ones: A lot of times its just lazy USPS people, its been getting worse as time goes on.

I think the post office is worse than all the others. After all these years they still have no system that is consistent. It depends on which teller you go to and which city you are in. And then there's the automated machine which has it's own set of rules. I went round and round with the manager so many times it's not funny. One teller told me she would explain it to me. She tried, but it didn't hold true the very next day and it was back to the manager again.

Then, I went on vacation in south florida where they gave me a print out with a completely different set of rules. It's totally insane and very frustrating when the recipient gets the infamous "Postage Due" notice. As the post office works towards destroying your business, they are also hurting themselves. It makes no sense. But they really don't give a sh!t. I hauled mail for eight years and understand why they invented the "Going Postal" board game!

man...talk about bad luck. of all the people here why me?!?! hah i hate USPS as of late. This has become such a tease as I have 2 445's sitting here taunting me. They're crying out "wheres the jiblets?"

looking forward to recieving your drivers. and about the april batch? you got me down for what requested right?
