Your post about the way too many times new webstores pop up rather than improve the way they treat thier customers was great and an eye opnener. It gave me reason to dig deeper- unless YL was just stealing pages from LM to use they are IMO the same people. Like you said they can put a new one up in a day.



Those are the only two ways that there would have the same fax number-- someone should do an IP addy check my $$ goes on them all being the same. location.

and when they did copypasta of the desrciptions they forgot to change the name Lasersman to Yourlaser a few times.

guess they think we are stooopid.

I felt stupid telling Lasersman that if thier reke price kept going up as the % off promo code went down, we would be forced to take al our biz to Yourlaser-- I bet the whole office at DD had a good laugh on ole Hak.

My barrage of neg. comments on various sites--Scam dot com==FaceB etc may have helped my cause as Yourlaser finally shipped-provided a tracking number and Reke arrived 11 days later- 99% same as the good one I got from DDs other site Lasersman.
Much thanks to LPKath and Kathy.. newest promo code is REKEHS.. atm the free shipping is gone....

in all fairness there may have been some translation probs as I repeatedly sent requests for a preship testing for color and alignment be done before shipping-which apparently was done- the REKE factory seal was cut and the cord was no longer wrapped as normally is done. I would buy from Yourlaser again if and when the free shipping returns and eiher the price drops some or the % break on a promo code increases.

It's kind of a shame how DD does business. They have nice sites, decent products, even a lot of stuff like stickers and media and stuff they throw in the packages. They just lack the long-term-customer sense that companies like DX seem to have mastered. DD really could be decent competition to DX if they shaped up.

Yep... and having two competeing companies which are both DD offspring sounds a little fishy. My contact at Lasersman.com swears he/she was unaware of Yourlaser.com. And even tho i somewhat believe that .... they share te SAME fax number and the debit card deduction from YL is same as LM and the big bubble shipping bags say'DinoDirect' on them so....
these reke were a onetime loss leader and seeing them again under $300 shipped is doubtful.

A few of us have been trying to get something going with REKE- they promise 1) well-tested only will be shipped and 2). a 2 yr warranty. price-- good --shipping a killer- so we need to get a larger order to even get below $300.

GOOD news-- if I order 34 PJs they send ONE spare-- hope that is not for the failure rate..lol

would be a nicer deal if they came with audio input plug(instead of the crappy mic) and ILDA in AND out. SD card slots and R/C are swell features too. But that may be asking too much..

I agree, but I think they paid for it so Ave can only remove it once the time they paid for is up.

Next spam message like that, I'd encourage you to leave it up, long enough to be able to report it to Amazon (and have them see it), so that they'll ban his/her affiliate account.

It makes all of his/her spamming elsewhere useless, if the affiliate account gets pulled.
