The white wire is the case pin right? I just want to be sure because the heatshrink tubing kind of misleads me =P

The wire is Flaminpryo wire which is the best I have used. Extremely flexible and does not melt or burn.

What lens is in the aixiz module? Is it the 3-element 405 or one meant for red?

The Aixiz module comes with an Acrylic lens you will not want to use it with a 445 diode. It will melt. You will want a glass lens. A three element Aixiz style or a 405-G-1. If you need a glass lens I have some three element ones in stock.

How many do you need, @ 1.8A they mostly fall in the range of 1.8W-2.1W with a G-1 lens, There are many choices for drivers but I do have NJG-18's on hand, yes and yes.

No problem. Glad they helped. As far as the driver. I am not familiar with it but I can see it is a linear driver so you will need at least 2XLi-Ions in series to drive a 445nm. Maybe one of the other members here are familiar with it.
