A quick update with my progress,
I have been delayed again and will not be able to get any accurate data until Monday or Tuesday. My initial findings show a big similarity to the a140 diodes. Currently all I can say is that my a150 diode is within 25nm of 445nm. Again, I will have more accurate data (+/- 1nm) by Monday or Tuesday.
The optical power vs. current vs. voltage also looks very similar to the a140 diodes, however I have not pushed my a150 diode yet as I don't want to risk damaging it before I get some accurate wavelength data.

I'm with you I_F.. I agree 100%. Rep isn't to be begged, it's to be given freely when it is deserved.. of course some people will try to ask for rep, but IMO it does hurt their image a little to do so.

They tried to play you. You dont need reps to buy, only to sell. Even then its iffy. We just had a well known old member come back to sell a laser. A member bought it, it arrived broken, and the old member disappeared again. Very sad.

I'm expecting my A150 anytime now, got a new host waiting for it as well.

I'm putting the 150 in one of my Aurora C6 host builds, running at about 1.1 amp. I normally get 1,100 +/- 50mW with a 130 in this setup at room temperature with fully charged batteries.

OK, my quick and dirty non-scientific test tonight yielded the following results:

A130 diode = 1,161 mW max.

A150 diode = 1,159 mW max.

No observable difference in beam color.

As others have said, IMHO the advertised increase in lumen output must be due to additional factors within the projector.
