http://laserpointerforums.com/f39/f64/fs...now-61644.html

Price i paid was about 230 dollar including shipping.

Repaired and fully functioncal thanks to offroadfreak.
See results down the topic here: http://laserpointerforums.com/f39/f39/wt...ml#post1252906 Its quite accurate.
863mw on a 445nm kaser pointer measured by an ophir. 858mw on the laserbee i sell.
thats means accuracy is very very good!

Only asking 100 usd for it now, including shipping to all of europe.
Add 15 dollar for shipping to worldwide.
both with tracking code and insured.

Re: WTS: Laserbee 2.5W (need repair)

I believe the member you bought your new LPM from also had a problem with the TEC on the laserbee popping off.

The TEC can easily be glued back on with thermal adhesive, it should work as normal after that, readings may be a little off though. :) IIRC the price to get it glued back on by Jerry is $95 + S/H

If I tried to attach my sensor from my 3.2w to your screen, would they be compatible?

TEC based sensors only work with their corresponding LPM. They have the calibration stored in the meter, not in the head.
Professional Ophir and Coherent meters store the calibration in the sensor.

Re: WTS: Laserbee 2.5W (need repair)

Well im open for offers guys. Used unit that needs small repair...

Re: WTS: Laserbee 2.5W (need repair)

Well maybe you can ask more if you ship it to me first. I can thermally glue the sensor back on and check if it is still acurate with my ophir..

I'll do it for free as long as you pay shipping.

Greetings,

Robin

Free bump,

Interesting I had the same model, fail in the exact same way...

I don't remember the exact numbers, but after repairing mine with some of this:
Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive
If was only off by a few percent.

Re: WTS: Laserbee 2.5W (need repair)

Interested, but the international shipping is a killer, Is there any way to cut that down by using a different shipping method?
