Does anyone have a spare diode holder array and possibly the heatsink as well from an XJ-A140 I could buy? An XJ-A130 would probably work too, since I expect the construction is the same. In other words, this part without the diodes or lenses for that matter. The heatsink and mirror array would be cool too.

If you have a set, or even just the diode-holding array, can you let me know what you'd like for it or them? I can pay via paypal.

I'll have one middle of next week.

i got tons
So you want the heatsink diode array and you want the knfie edge assembly?
knife edge is 10$ heatsink 2.50 and the holder 2.50$ so 15$ and then like 3-5 shipped us.

Could I get two (heatsink + holder) and one knifeedge? That'd be $20 + shipping.

DTR: Thanks! Let me see what kiyoukan has first since he bought a bunch a while ago.

He has it on hand. I still have to get and harvest the diodes out of mine.

Sure do you need all the screws?
I have a large bag of the screws i would rather not sort threw to get all of them you know.
Just enough to hold it together tightly?
but yeah i can do that.

Just to be clear, these are the parts we're referring to right:

I could see finding all those screw to be a pain. From the photo above, 4 would probably be sufficient to hold each array to the plate/HS, not all 8 or so. I can't comment on how many are needed for the rest of the apparatus. Basically, if you could just provide enough screws to securely hold the heatsink to the diode array, and possibly the knife-edge to that array that would be enough.

Thanks!

do you need that final lens or no?
I took the lens out of all of them.

Yeah, I probably do. It'd be hard for me to find a replacement for it that would fit. Could I just pay you $5 more to add the lens and all the screws?

I'm in the US, yes. I'll pay using paypal (I have an account now), but request an invoice so that the amount is specified by you.

To summarize:
  • 1x Knife-edge array + lens
  • 2x Diode Array
  • 2x Heatsinks
  • All screws that were attached to above

$25 + shipping in the USA ($3-5)

Leo you might want to check the date before you respond. This post is nearly a year old.
