I'm curious to see what sports everyone here does because I've seen a few people mention what sports they play in other topics. I know not all of the sports available to play in HS are on the list, but I just put the most popular ones in my school on the list because there are only 8 options available for the poll. :P So if you play one that isn't on the list just mention it in the topic. My guess is that football is going to be the most picked one.

Because I have bad vision, I am only 5' 4" and I weigh 125lbs, I suck at anything that involves catching a ball or running. ;D Because I can't do anything else I do wrestling. :D

Hmm..."total votes" =/= total number of voters.

You need to add an option pertaining to what the U.S. calls soccer and everyone else calls football.

dude you're missing lots of them, but as you requested i'll mention them:

i've played (stopped because of university..engineering doesn't even let me sleep at all!):

tennis
handball
volley
basketball
swimming (a lot...)

and now i practise Archery.

played tennis for a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooongcattime

Soccer.
That's it.
I'm skinny (My arms, but my legs are really beefy) , so I'm not that good at most other sports.

None, I'm a laser big nerd ;D

No but really, I only like badminton, table tennis, dodge ball, and swimming, none of which I've ever competed in, I used to do judo as well, which I did compete in, but I had to give it up .

EDIT : I didn't mean to write laser up there, I meant to write lazy ;D

I wrestled in high school, it seems wrestling has a lot of the votes. I think wrestling takes a lot more intelligence and cunning than some other sports, thats why the laser enthuiasts wrestle :)

I use to wrestle in high school...  These days, I do some powerlifting...
what weight class did you wrestle? and how much do you weigh now for powerlifting?

I wrestled all 4 years in HS @ 126lb wt class........ and have paid for it ever since then!  was put out during divisional tourny with a torn rotator cuff in my rt shoulder.... was never repaired with surgery, and will still "fall" outta socket if I'm not careful with throwing, or laying on my back. :'(  HS sports are fun......but sometimes they can leave you with a lifetime of pain.  :-/

Edit: I'n 44 now...... was it worth it?........ I think not!!!

When I was younger, ( just after the dinosaurs disappeared ) I played a lot of sandlot football, played LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL, & enjoyed swimming anywhere there was enough clean water. I am also a CERTIFIED SCUBA DIVER. Had to give it all up though >:( rob 8-)

I have played:
Wrestling (A long time back-when I was in ~1st grade, I came in first at a competition.  :))
baseball
basketball
soccer
I enjoy swimming for fun, but I don't do competitive stuff.
I am playing:
Tennis
Golf
I kind of suck at playing golf, but I'm pretty good at tennis.
And I'm going to start skiing in two weeks.

I run crosscountry in high school. I am considering stopping, though, because it's starting to mess me up. My feet and ankles will start to hurt for no reason at all now, even though the season ended for me over a month ago. During the second half of the season, I limped more than I walked.

I need a strong body to be a climber/mountaineer. The only problem is, I'm too lazy to ever exercise unless I'm mountaineering, playing with my friends, or I feel obligated to (crosscountry). Which means pretty much I never exercise.

What do you guys think? Should I stick with it, or quit? Or give this coming season a new try and see how it goes?

I love to hike, climb, ski, play ping-pong, and lots of other half-sports like that.

-Mark
