They're kind of rare, but there are still a lot of them from Russia that you can buy from eBay. I bought an old HP power supply just for the Nixie tubes in it.

Thanks a lot for the fast reply
They are rare? good. i've buyed it for 2€ from a russian man.
I maybe project to make a clock or a multimeter. but i can't find the datasheet and the pinout. :(
i'm feeling very noob atm

This is definitely a nixie tube, no doubt about that.

To get it to work, try if you can somehow determine which of the pins is connected to the mesh grid - it may be possible to actually see that.

To make a number light up, you need a DC power supply in the order of 200 volts and a series resistor of about 10kOhm. Connect the positive output through the 10k resistor to the mesh. Now touch the other leads and see which number is displayed.

Your tube seems to have 13 pins, so it will probably have digits 0 to 9, a . and someting else (perhaps a - sign).

If you cannot identify to what wire the mesh is connected, you can try connecting the power supply at random until you find it. I can't guarantee that no damage will occur if you apply this voltage between two cathodes, but if its they only way you have to figure it out, give it a go.

You will need some high voltage drivers like these...

6x K155ID1 Nixie Clock Tube Driver SN74141N DM74141N MH74141 74141 NEW IC free | eBay

and a high voltage supply Kit for the Nixie like these...

Nixie tubes / Magic eye tubes power supply module kit | eBay

or a pre-built and tested high voltage supply like these...

Yeah, is right. I see a lot of strange items, like old oscilloscope and vacuum tubes.
I found it in an exhibition that takes place once a year. soo bad to say now. :(
Blord: If for "tube" are you meaning other nixie z560m the answer is yes, he has like 1000+ of that.

Ask him about the Nixie IN-18 tubes like this one. I want six of them. :)
