What do you do for a living

Definitely as little as possible.

I'm a graduate student in materials science, working on my Ph.D on the subject of III-nitride laser diodes. So I'm basically living the dream, getting paid to go to school and do research in an awesome field with some of the foremost experts in the world.

High school, work on saturdays. I enjoy that one day a week job. Thats what pays for my lasers. lol

I'm a retired electronics tech and and an honary member of the IBEW I have worked in the optics field some for the goverment as well electronics for more than 22 years. I'm a PADI certified diver, and state licensed pyrotchnican, I have a federal license to manufactur explosivs and store them.
but what I love to do the most is ride my quad with friends and build lasers and esp WF's  and helping people to realize there dreams !
Theres nothing better than to put a smile on someones face :yh:

I work part time at my local Radioshack- having wayyyyy too much fun.

I'm also a student at the University at Nebraska at Kearney,
I'm double majoring in Telecommunications Management, and Physics.

I hope to enter the optical communciations field someday.

I work for Gulfstream Aerospace as an Electrical Engineer in their primary Service Center. I do electrical design drawings on AutoCad and/or CADAM for in-service aircraft upgrades and new avionics installs. Anything for a simple lighting change to full blown cabin entertainments/communications systems and complete cockpit refurbishments.

I am a Engineering Assistant for Lewis Machine & Tool Company :: www.lewismachine.net

What do I have to offer..... Well, If you are having any problems with a AR15 or a M203 Grenade Launcher, I am definitely the guy to talk to. I know these weapons literally inside and out. :) There are, however, some things that I can not disclose to anyone.

Non-work related Hobbies include....
Building computers
Computer repair
Lasers
General Electronics

For those of you that have posted in this thread (that are working at the moment) how's biz?

I'm a student at Collinsville High School, I can give you a smartass comment to about anything. It's a gift, really.
