and I remembered that after the war... some of the Nazi war criminals hid

Don't you think the best thing is not to permban? I do NOT object to the ban but I think that if he is permbanned he will just re-register. he probably has a dynamic IP anyway. If he is tempbanned he will wait for a while. Don't you think?
 
Yeah chances are after he resets his router etc, his IP will change etc etc etc, and he will just come back and register. Not much you can do about that. If he does, however, try to log back into his account (Assuming it hasnt been deleted...), the forum software should autoban him again. I guess time will tell...
 
well im pretty damn sure if he comes back it would only take about a week to figure out its him.

I agree. I don't think he's going to change the way he writes when (or if) he'll re-register under another name. It'll be too noticeable who that person will be.

I had a dream Wesdaman was back!  It was really easy to figure out it was him.  I'm sure it was an epiphany.  He will be banned when (not if) he comes back.

EDIT: Okay only 2 out of the 3 were right. But still!
