Thats the most awesome set I have ever seen those hosts are beautiful and I too have a weak spot for matching sets. Very lucky guy cant wait til I can build my own

I sure wish I did...my collection would be much larger, if i ever had any frickin money! Oh well, for now I guess I can content myself looking at these super purty zasers...Good choice by you indeed.

The first set I built I got the host from sinner close out, so got all four for $80. Then got the diodes one by one.

The pens are still in progress.

These were the set where I really had to drain the wallet.
But just think, some people have the luxury of buying a 80mw yellow for $680 :O

As with fine wines, these lasers are a "vertical". Only
appreciated by a connoisseur with a trained eye.
They can only ever be sold as a set.

I was constantly asked if I could sell one ms v3 at a time when I posted them for sale. I refused. It takes alot more effort and money to complete a set, and I would not even think about splitting them up.
I mean, they grew up together ya know ;) the 445nm would be lost without her little sisters.

I love sets. It adds and aesthetic symmetry to your collection and symmetry is beauty. And natural!

I hope to have a matching set of four main wavelengths all 1w or more one day. Thats my dream. And fill it out with pens of exotic colors and low power high stability quality cni type pens

Lol we are alike then.
I have a handful of sinner pens fir single mode builds.

And the zasers are the big boys. .

A color coated set of dominator would be awesome!
But now, I think they go by "terminator" too
Joker has them ready to go.
I finally build a dominator in something other than 445nm, and now there's a whole "terminator" Line of lasers. Lol figures.

Whats the difference in the two I assume the terminator host is Better? Or cooler?

Oh gotcha so you can color em according to wavelength very cool. Im gonna start a build soon hopefully. Il most likely wreck it and kill the diode somehow but I actually have huge huge plans to make and sell my own one day too. I am also a hippy that travels every summer to and from music festivals and that crowd would really go nuts over lasers if they had mor exposure in that scene. Just gotta be safer cuz there are alot of idiots at festivals lol

Just start with a plug and burn host from Mrcrouse. $20 501B. Throw a module and pre-wired driver from dtr in it. That's solder red to red, black to black, screw it all together and boobam. Laser.

That's the way to go if your not looking to really heatsink the driver. For small build not pumping tons of current, that's the way to go.
