There is always a risk when buying things, especially on the internet. I like to try out new things (laser related) and want to keep the risk as low as possible. When buying from people with lower post count, in particular from people with a low reputation, the risk of a bad transaction increases. I see my mistake that I forgot to ask for an alternative contact methode and late conception of noticing that I have his PP-Email. In the end we all want to see this possible new source for cheap lasers with a good cost-benefit ratio.
