Pleasantly surprised with Kamala's VP pick. Now I am actually slightly enthusiastic about voting for her ticket, rather than just doing it to keep fascist evil scum at bay for 4 more years

Donald Trump keeps trying to attack Harris personally saying she is stupid and her VP pick was done by her advisers. If he wants to expand his base he needs to find a new tack. She is far from stupid.

Eh, trump can flail with his attacks, gesture vaguely, fling shit at the wall like a chimp, makes no difference to me or to his supporters. His word is gospel to them, it's not like they ever demand that he substantiate his claims or flesh out his arguements. I'm happy to see that Tim Walz seems to welcome their hate and attacks of being called socialist/communist. They'll use those attacks regardless what he does or believes.
 
Ohh good, Harris chose a far left ultra liberal extremist, this isn't going to help Harris win any moderate votes.

My brother literally has a trumpy bear.

I don't think I ever showed you guys my trump silver coin.

I used to invest in silver, nearly doubled my money when I got out. I was interested in 100oz bars mostly. One day back in 2019 believe I was just browsing some custom silver rounds by "the silver shield". I came across this design:20220817_085443.jpg
When I first saw it I was so amused, I couldn't tell if it's designer was pro or anti-trump. To me, the depiction is absurd and crude, something a leftist doing a parody would come up with. Then again, I realized, the trump people are into crude.

So I looked at the description and sure enough, they were pro trump. So I guess a Trumper sees this, with his missile dick that has the double entendre "freedom is coming", both him and the eagle flipping the double bird, his stupid presidential seal "bling", his oversized pro wrestlers style belt with the oversized "T" and all the $ signs, and of course the drone firing its rocket towards a 90% civilian casualty site that thanks to trump's executive order 13862 can be done with impunity, not even having to report civilian deaths, ( I mean, really, who has time to count how many babies and grandmas we grease am I right?) and who couldnt love that facial expression with double chin. Anyway a trumper sees all this and thinks: hell yeah, that's my guy right there. In this age of auto-parody, a satirist's work is done for them. No shortage of trumpers who are like a parody of themselves and I have lost count of how many times I couldn't tell if it was a real Trumper or someone doing a funny.

Later I went into a store that sold various fascist paraphernalia, Trump flags, thin blue line flags, everything a trump cultist who substitutes trump worship for a personality could want. In the counter by the register they were selling cheap brass knock offs of this coin for a dollar or whatever. It was clearly a rip-off of the design above but without all the fine details. I asked the guy if they had gotten these insulting knock-offs from "chynuh" and told him he should carry the genuine article.

Anyway I bought $1100 worth of the non-proof versions with plastic protective case and sold them to my trump supporting co-workers, and they sold fast. I made $5 on each one, so that was a net loss of money that they otherwise mightve donated to his campaign. Joke was on me though, not too long after, silver shot up in price, making their trump coins worth a bit more than they paid me. I had to buy the proof version for myself, still have it

Wow! I'm looking at the Philadelphia rally for Harris and Walz and you couldn't cram another person in there. Trump wishes he could have that kind of rally.

Harris has just said that the delegates voted yesterday and she is officially our nominee.

That missile at the bottom of your coin looks like a phallus symbol, that's a bit creepy.
I have a small coin collection and yes I have a couple of Trump coins, also a Regan campaign coin.
