Merchan was conflicted and he did have a conflict of interest, he also denied Trumps rights, if you had watched the video I posted you would have learned many reasons why Merchan was wrong.

Yeah, this is going nowhere. You just don't get it. You would find a conflict with anyone who found your guy guilty. That's not how it works.
 
You only see injustice when it serves your parties agenda, that's a form of dishonesty, however many people today are biased this way and it's exactly what our crooked politicians wanted, it allows them to get away with everything and lie about everything, it's also how Rome fell.

Republicans are a cult. Until you rid yourselves of Donald Trump you always will be. Next year we won't have this problem as I expect Democrats to win the presidency, House and keep control of the Senate. Hell, this year I expect to win Senate seats.

For the sake of the nation lets hope democrats never control all 3 again, not while democrats are running radicals and lacking a moral compass, because if democrats ever packed the court, I fear things would get messy.
More likely is Trump will win and republicans will control the House and Senate or at least 1 of the 2.


That said I could just imagine Trump winning and dems controlling the House and Senate, they would impeach Trump for breathing air and get the nation on edge.

Yeah, good luck with that. People are tired of Donald Trump's grievences. Most don't want him back in office. You are enamored by the fact that he and Mitch the Bitch stacked the court, but that's gonna change. Watch and see if I'm not correct.
 
Packing the court and circumventing our Constitution with unconstitutional laws and no legal recourse will leave people with no options but to live on their knees or fight on their feet, it would be passable if only abortion rights were restored, but democrats would push for too much control over every aspect of life and Americans won't live that way for long.

We have lived by the rule of law all our lives, endured much unconstitutional law with Roberts taking side wherever the winds prevail, but to pack the court at a time of such harsh division and try to force radical change would be foolish, lets hope if your sick communist dreams ever came to fruition that cooler heads would prevail and keep the court intact to give everyone some sense of balance.

p.s. That said I don't see democrats winning, much less all 3.

If these laws were unconstitutional all the courts would strike them down. The fact is that there are not. We will continue to live by the rule of law, but not if Trump is president again. We shall see if I am right or you are.
 
A new Washington Post - ABC - Ipsos poll has Harris leading Trump 49% to 45%. She also carried a small advantage in many of the swing states.
 
Think it could all come down the to debates this time, things are so close. Barring some black swan event that majorly help one or the other.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to the first debate as well. I expect Trump to be insulting. That is his signature move. Want to see how Harris deals with that.
 
Just watched Trump campaigning in Pennslyvania say, "I come in and talk for fifteen minutes. Would that be alright North Carolina?" He's a hero in his own mind. :LOL:
 
Socialism fails, just look at Venezuela where they just stole the election and are shooting protesters.
