Nonsense, Trump has 30% of the black vote, he will win, the polls have been manipulated...... just because a polling org reports today, doesn't mean the polls were taken today, look into the real data and you will see the manipulation.

Merchan will rule on Trumps immunity claim on Sept 16 and if he finds it invalid then he's supposed to sentence on the 18th, but the appeal on the immunity ruling would halt any sentencing and that appeal will go all the way to the SCOTUS which could take months, so no jail for Trump before the election and after the election, once we have a competent DOJ we should see some new election interference charges against the conspirators who manipulated the legal system to interfere with the election.

Donald Trump having 30% of the Black vote is delusional. I expect Trump will be sentenced on 9/18/24 as he has already been convicted by a jury of his peers. There is no reason to stop the sentencing now.
 
Merchan has to rule on Trumps immunity claim 1st on the 16th and IF he finds it invalid then he's supposed to sentence on the 18th, however an appeal on the immunity decision would halt any sentencing until settled which could take months and ends up in the scotus.

Walz is promising free stuff, rent control, grocery price control, prescription price control ..... it's socialism/communism and it won't work.

Of course Trump will appeal. That's no reason to stop sentencing. Trump has aleardy been convicted. Sentencing is just the next step. Imagine everyone who appealed their convictions not being sentenced for that reason alone. It's ridiculous!

And even if there was a sentence of jail Trump would be out on appeal, could be the way they go for political optics, but Merchan knows what he's done is wrong, Merchan has taken part in 3rd world political lawfare and election interference and nobody is above the law, not even Merchan.

That sounds like a threat against Juan Merchan. I don't see Merchan ruling that Trump had immunity. So, sentencing will likely proceed.
