Nice to see these new high power drivers added to your inventory, looking forward to seeing the specs! :yh:

We have enabled PayPal for payment again on the international store at survivallaser.com. However, because of current PayPal policy, we cannot accept PayPal for orders that include a complete laser package. Orders that include a complete laser must use Stripe for payment. Any orders that include a complete laser and are paid with PayPal will be canceled and the payment refunded.

Sorry to hear this, but I find this so ironic. I'm betting you can buy all sort of ****ograghic stuff using PayPal and they wouldn't say squat. But they draw the line at lasers. Don't figure.

Thank you, Bob and thanks always to the laser hobbyist community. I appreciate all the support we've received over the years. We just have to find new and better ways to work within or change the restrictions that still exist.

Hey Gary, I hope business is well,
I got my package from you yesterday, it’s amazing how much pride you take in the things you send. I opened it and everything looks so pristine and nice. It’s no wonder why I love buying stuff from SL.

Hi Richie, thank you for the kind words and it's always a pleasure to serve our customers like you!

I second Richie's compliment, it's always been a pleasure dealing with Gary and SL.
I should also be getting my small order from SL in the next day or two!

I was wondering at what current do these need to be heat sinked, and do you heat sink at the ICs? It looks like paralleled Buck drivers on one driver.

I would heat sink them at over 1.8A. Yes, heat sink the side with the two controllers.

I mount them to our heat sink driver pill like this:

This picture shows a prototype driver with two pots, but the one pot on the production driver is easily accessible in this configuration.

Thank you, that is good to know. I was about to ask about the two pots, but then saw you covered that. :thanks:
