We have legitimate concerns from customers and your responses have been childish, personal and unprofessional. Your alt account will be terminated. You do anything like this again and you're out.
I suggest that you change your attitude to these claims made by real concerned customers about the quality of these products instead of getting personally offended, before you do something else stupid.

I honestly do wish he just owned up to it right away and took action. Gary, you are just digging yourself into a deeper hole than you need to be in. I once respected your business since you did sell cheap and apparently good goggles but now, the effort it took to get you to even consider recalling a product with a major safety flaw, and then creating an account to seem like you had someone supporting your side, is seriously bad for you. If you had simply said "We did not realize there was this problem. We will remove it and inform buyers. I'll be more careful and check with the manufacturer for more accurate data. Thanks for bringing this issue up!" it would've been so much better for you. I want to recommend you as a good seller for cheap and effective goggles but your practices just seem scummy and your response pathetic.

Just have a little respect for people who paid money for your products and did work to bring an issue to you. A lot of time and effort went into testing things to make sure it was correct and you not wanting to believe it (or whatever your motive is) is not a quality of a good company. A lot of people trusted your goggles to protect them and I don't want to think about the damage that has been caused due to bloated ratings. Put down the shovel and man up. You're the oldest one of all of us and you're acting the most like a child. I really do want to take you seriously and recommend you to others but at this rate, your reputation is gone and you're going to kill your company.

The IP address of both your account and FancyToolbox's are identical. This is not only dishonest but against forums rules. Members have been banned for this before.

I did not create another account nor did I post using another name. Another member of my household made their own private and separate account without my knowledge. But now that I know that no other members at or near my house using my wi-fi can have their own accounts. The person that created the account was a Completely different person and should be able to have their own account. I’ve tried to support this forum for many years. Now, someone new comes in with no accreditation and I answer them. They continue to harass our company even after it was addressed. Then you lie and state I’ve opened another account and publicly insult me. You are unprofessional! No one can make comments defending their company after being harrassed for months? Then when someone else near me defends the company with FACTS, suddenly it’s not allowed. I presume you no longer need me supporting this forum if that is your stance. Please cancel my financial support for this forum effectively immediately and stop charging my credit card.

you can't recall their products but you can recall the products YOU sold. its not like you're forced to sell them and you have no will of your own. you are the distributor. You have control of what gets DISTRIBUTED through you. you can recall everything you sold and stop selling them in the future. That is within your power. stop using that as an excuse.
