I'm happy the way things have gone. My internet was out for a day but I come back and everyone worked things out. Sweet! So.... anyway to close this poll early?

no one that has been banned didn't deserve it.

Mistakes have been made. C0ld bans first, then investigated later. I suspect that is the main reason we have polls now.

I Vote no, he apologized, its over and done.

But this forum doesn't have a mod? I'm a mod on two other forums. One of the forums is a tad moderator heavy (each sections has a mod). But it keeps the crap down. Im happy to help out on here if you need some help in those regards, Im rather new here (real low post count). But not new to being a un-biased Moderator. my .02

There is another side to this that a few of you may not know about. I have read insults, threats (veiled and otherwise) and other snide remarks directerd towards DM. Victor does not start these and until now has remained well controlled. Read the posts==DM was pushed pretty hard-a lot of it was uncalled-for bullshit. I am not about to look up all the quotes and reprint them over and over and over like was done to tyler. I know what a read and I could almost say that I saw this coming.---"don't Tread on me'
