There are more diodes that will be for sale. PM Singlemode Laser or lazerman121. They both have diodes, but haven't started to sell any just yet. :wave:

Don't drive up the price fellow members, all these new wavelengths will be for sale in a turn-key unit for 29 dollars in the months to come.

Other makers are turning out diodes as well, just relax and wait, or buy a nice RGB engine and make any color you want.

Who wants $150.00 a piece for these diodes? I missed that somehow. Knowing the actual price of these, that seems like gouging to me. I'm not sure I would buy these as, like you said, there are more here and others arriving daily.

$150 is cheap compared to what the ebayers are asking. Remember when blue-ray drives first came out? People were going out and tearing apart brand new playstations to flog the diodes on eekbay for $1k+. Have a little patience.

Yeah, those eBay prices are way overpriced and your best bet for these diodes now is from a member who has some for sale. I imagine the price will fall once these are ubiquitous on eBay.

Looks like my diodes will get here tomorrow. I will measure them and then PM the two members who asked for them first.

Chris, I have more of these diodes coming to me and SOSDD has claim on one of them. The tracking showed they were supposed to get to me on Friday by the end of the day, but last I talked to the carrier they were stuck in customs in L.A. As soon as I get them I will measure them and contact the members who have claim to them and everything should be fine.

Absolutely not my friend, it’s all good. I am old in a lot of pain most of the time however that’s not an excuse for acting like a complete asstard the other day. I will get a diode in good time.
