Looking good, Jordan. These should be able to output 280 mW without problems, from what I see here. I do love the single mode diodes. Great beam profiles.

Received mine, great beam, same divergence as the classic 650nm only much more visible and still a good looking bright red.

This is a great little red diode, it's even bright enough for pointing in the daylight, shows up well against green grass and bushes.

I've ordered several times from Opt Lasers in Poland. My orders are typically delivered to the US within a week or two. Their orders are trackable. Note that some of their items like RGB modules have a lead time listed on their website. They have met those lead times for me to date.
