Ohhhh Ok well he was probably right! lol well in general it takes a while. Like I said he's a one man operation and lives in the middle east. Im still waiting on stuff from him that I ordered a while ago but I'm not going to turn it into a bad thing like others do. Not saying that's what you were doing, clearly you said you weren't.

I understand everyone and do everything I can to fill orders on time. Sometimes faster sometimes less.

About that Arcane 2.0 , I try to rxplain to people that I am one man and I do tend to forget as I got ao many customers.

Please just keep emailing me. Keep email me all the time. As. It is okay to email me even once a day or twice a day. To check that it is going well.

I do not remmber the exact case , but what happen when people open a claim is that a claim unlike a dispute is something paypal handles. And for example , it happend a few weeks ago. A laser arrived broken. It happens.

The guy opened a claim. I emailed him and asked what happened. He told me it was broken. And I said I can send a new one.

I sent him a new one and the claim was still open and paypal gave him the money back. He now has a free laser.

PayPal claim is different than a dispute.

Dispute gives the option of conversation. While a claim just mean you want a refund.

Now days if someone open a claim I do not send anything back. Unless it is a dispute where I can offer a replacement and paypal agrees to it.

Please if anyone got a problem email me. Email me ahain if I forget. Juts keep emailing me.

I am looking for a person that will help me with the builds but it will take time to find one.

It is the arcane 2.0 that I have, and I don't see how the quality of a product could be anyone else's fault but the one making it. And being backed up and in the middle east doesn't mean anything when he says it was out the door and shipped and hasn't shown up in 2 months. And I did not over tighten it, I snugged it to a sensible tightness.

Sent you a pm. We will get that Host to you asap. I think I know who it is , if so I have sent that host a long ago , shipping times are worse this season. You will get that host and it will work good again :beer:

I dropped my 1 watt 445. Stopped working. I emailed Eitan at Sci-Fi, told him what happened.
He repaired it for free, and shipped it back already!
His 1 watt 445 has to be the biggest bargain out there. Burns like crazy, powerful, well built.
and for only $89. He must have a diode tree or something to offer such a great deal. :)

I wonder how many mails you get like, how do i insert batteries? why do my laser not burn ? how do you focus beam ? I used laser 10 min now its dead what to do ? hahaha..

yes u get pretty good deals buying a laser from him and good service too!

Hey guys,

So I ordered two lasers from Joker (Sci-Fi lasers) mid September 2015. I waited about three weeks until I received the tracking number for the order then another month until the package arrived. When I got the package there was only one of the two lasers I paid for. I emailed Joker that day and he let me know that the other laser was being shipped separate and I would get a tracking number shortly. Since then (11/11/2015) I have not received a tracking number from Joker, and I have emailed him twice with out a response. I understand he's a busy guy especially with the holiday season, I just really hope that he will let me know whats going on with my order and that I get the laser I paid for promptly.

As for the laser I did receive.... It's built very solid, works great and looks great.

So Joker responded promptly to this post. Apparently my emails fell through the cracks and got lost among other emails as he has been super busy. He is working on getting my order together and hopefully this will be resolved quickly. I will keep you guys updated on the situation. Thanks for the response Joker......

This situation is still unresolved, I had been given two different tracking numbers that did not work, one was to a package that arrived in Arizona (I am in California) and another tracking number that never registered with any carriers. This whole situation is very frustrating alot of that frustration could have been alleviated if it were not for the false tracking numbers, however Joker has told me he is going to send out a new package which I am waiting for the tracking info on that one, that was last week and I still haven't heard back. I am giving Joker the benefit of the doubt and trusting that he will keep his word and send out the new package ASAP. This whole situation has been going on for about 6 months now, Joker seems to respond when there are forum posts so hopefully this will expedite the process.

I'm in same boat. The post office left mine on a shelf for two months. They beat up the package. Eitan had to repolish it, repack and resend. I hope it comes today

I must missed it then. What is your email ? email me right now. And we will get it sorted today.

I do answer asap to every email. I do have a lot of emails coming in. So sometimes they are being lost in the inbox.

I have made serious changes in the business. I got most of the orders being shipped in less than 10 days and arriving after a week like promised.

My main goal now is to provide 48 hours dispatch guarantee. Hopefully we will get to that soon.

Deja vu. Again.

It happens when you got 100-200+ orders to make each month.

Again I am working on it. It does not happen in a week , two or even 3.

I am truly doing my best to keep it up. And you will see in the future that it will get better and better.

In my first years here it was being sent very fast and getting fast to customers as we did not have many orders. maybe 15 a month or even less.

I do get everything people here say. And I do take it personally and try to make it better. It will take a bit more though.

There are many other people that do get their lasers on time and make small reviews here or even do not. We got cases in which these things happen.

But that is why I am here to solve everything. And one thing to agree on is that unike other companies I support the customers till the end.

Again , thanks for the support and feeback , even if it is bad. I am taking it personally ( in the good way ) while trying to improve the work.

So true, it does take a lot of effort and mainly time when you have up to 7 lasers/items a day to ship out.
It is a good thing that you recognize that you must have your finger on the pulse of your customers and learn from where issues arise so that you can make changes to eliminate orders taking up to 4 months to get to your customers.
It appears from this and past complaints that you might need help taking care of your businesses emails. Maybe hire someone for several hours a day or have your partner/wife/girlfriend/ relative/friend take care of emails so you can focus on building, testing, packing, making shipping labels/postage and taking packages to the carrier. Wishing you success in 2016 :beer:

I indeed hired someone to help ship the stuff out :)

Still 7 lasers per day is not easy and a lot of emails is hard to manage.

Thanks a lot for the support ! I am taking care of it. IT will just take a bit more to accomplish.

Paypal claim active vs Sci-Fi Lasers

I've been wanting to add some of the new high power direct diode lasers to my collection and liked the prices SF had on some of these exotic new offerings. They also seem to have a decent reputation around here.

I bought the following three lasers.
Arcane 2.0 465nm-470nm 4W
Arcane 2.0 462nm 1.6W
Arcane 2.0 520nm 1W-1.4W

I'll keep you all posted on how this goes and post some pics upon arrival of said products.
