yeah Rob, I see where you're coming from, but this all goes back to something I've said a few times on this forum before. If a seller/builder enters an agreement where money is involved, it's up to them to do the right thing and deliver thier end.. even if the buyer is a complete jackass (not saying Ranged is a jackass, but you get my point).. the time to decide if you don't want to deal with someone is before everything changes hands.
I'm only interested in making sure one of my customers gets the product they ordered from me. If I send an item out to a 3rd party on behalf of someone I expect the item I sent to make it safely to it's buyer. Since it has not I'm concerned.. I agree that this is out of character for the builder being discussed here, it's just that once money changes hands the only proper option for a person to take is to make good on their end of the deal and be done with it.
