And you know the routine from start to finish. you are a machinist by trade and many hours.

Wow that host looks good.

I have a couple of these 5W sharp diodes coming and they appear to have slightly better divergence than the 7a75, also they may be able to do more than 5W but how much we don't know, might be a good candidate for that nice blue host..........or could go with a 7675 but I usually choose horsepower over wavelength, but not always

I think a green would look great in there for a nice contrast of colors. Just an idea though.

I see that these center @ 440nm but the divergence appears to be a little better than the ndb7a75 so I ordered a couple, it would be great if they could be overdriven as well.
