Hi,
Well With the help of my brother in law and a friend, finally moved the milling machine into the shop. Now just need to set every thing up. My collet set came in yesterday great timing, Also have two sets of end mills for it. Here I go again more tooling

Started turning some AL to 20mm , be better off finding 20mm bar stock.

Say, Rich. Could you make me something similar to the one you made for Chris, but out of copper? I would want a thicker shelf for the BB 8M driver. How much would it cost? :thanks:

I just made 3 for Chris and he needs 4 , I am going to make Reds over again , I want the shelf to be flush with the bottom of the 12mm hole this way if you want to add a piece of copper to the CU it will come up on spot. These are a PIA trying to get it turned down close to 20mm -/+ , The mill is set for this depth for the shelf but can be raised a bit but I don't see why only because the driver will come almost level with the center. I'll PM you about that question. Some pics of Alaskans sinks. This is my first attempt so be easy on me buddy.

I'm assuming these are good for the 1xdiode community build w/ corrective optics (project #1)? I've got one of those hosts coming, and if this is the ticket, please put me down for 1 as well . AL works for me.

Everything is boxed up and put away. I'll have to dig it all out and measure everything. Will do it ASAP.

No problem I will try a sample in CU using the 20mm X 1" length X 3/4 shelf measurement.

A CU addition had to try it out.. Enjoy...

If you get it, Chris, let me know how well the alignment works out with it. I was considering buying it too, but want to know if the alignment works or not. I have a feeling it will wok fine. Just want some confirmation before I buy one because if it didn't work, I would have no other use for it.
