Hi Paul.
so sorry about that this is what happens to when you have a few jobs layed out on the bench and all kinds of parts to measure . Oh and don't forget the senior moments to , not enough hours in a day some times buddy.

Rich:)

It's all good, Rich. I am more than happy with the laser. I understand a senior moment, being a senior citizen myself and having had my share of them. Again, thank you for the kind gesture. :D

Loving the new avatar pic's:beer:
Golden nugget copper sinks:)

Hi GSS,
Yes they are sweet polished up, they were for a customer for his builds. but i thought that a pic of all of them would loom great Thanks buddy

Hi,
Yes i did and thank you for the kind words my friend. hey sometime you just have to get back on the bike and try again. I have faith in you and you will achieve your goals i know it. It takes some time like when i first started in this hobby. I messed up a lot but i learned from my mistakes, and to this day i am always learning new things. So never give up and hold your head high pal..

Rich:)

Hey Lifetime what would it cost me to have you turn out a pop can size heat sink with spots for two 3 watt n44's I have a idea Im kicking around. Its not going to be a beam laser but a portable laser effect kind of thing. I may end up using other diodes but just for kicks I have to N 44's I have a 100 mw 520, 200 mw 405, and a few reds I may use as well I just looking at price to make the housing. It may need to be slightly longer than a pop can but that big around should be fine. two pop cans long I think would work and enough of a cavity to stick a two two block 18650's in and drivers I dont know I have to get my three d modeling program up and work on it

Yes Paisà! Give me some advice on these 3d printer replacement parts, which say they can fit as a heatsink? The shape I like naturally by widening the central hole with a 12mm drill bit.

Hi Vort,
Thats a huge sink even aluminum you will need a wheelbarrow to tote that around. And the diameter of a soda can X2 in length. The two 18650 battery holder are quite large also if you could make it with external battery source it could be possible , the drivers are small and wouldn't take up to much room.

@ 3D,
The picture of that heat sink is fine but i would need some measurements and a diagram to be precise ..
Sorry for the late reply's been really busy not enough hours in a day ..
