Sale thread/ Hosts/Heat Sinks/Focus adapters/lasers

LOL! I didn't do anything but order the parts from DTR:whistle: "Thanks Jordan" for the this evil diode:eg::beer:
Lifetime asked me to send the sink back to him just to make sure the driver bonded proper to the sink:)
I'm thinking 2 minute duty cycle?

Hi GSS,
It was a combined effort from you , Jordan and myself to make this come together for a great build . Now it's my turn for anNUBM44 Maglight build and I have the host in mind already. If I get the reading that you had from this diode ok .But 6800mw,s is ok with me

Lifetime, is that camo a C11 and side clicky? Liking that look:)
Brings out a silly question,, my first NUM44 build from you I asked for C11 which being over a year ago I never realized just how much these 44's drain battery's and being it only takes 2 18350's. I don't see any extention tubes yet for them. They are however quite thick and hefty and i'm measuring a battery tube ID at 19.5mm with plenty of meet in the host to consider the new 20's and 21's OD series battery's available now. I believe the step up will would be significant in amp's.
Let's talk through a PM to maby boring mine out or to just what you might be able to do to add another 18350 so I can run 3 of them. Mine being a side clicky, the end cap has an long spring that can definitly shortened.

Hi GSS,
I been looking for those extensions but no luck i might contact the shipper and see if there are any available, i would really like to include a tube to double the capacity for the big diodes . As far as boring out the tube i will see hoe much i can and to fit a larger battery, For now the C8's i can get the tubes but i will hunt around. Thanks for bringing it up you planted a seed but i always was thinking about this issue.

Rich:)

Wow, impressive stuff! Been out of the hobby for about 5 years and just jumping back in. All I need is a host but I'm struggling to source one. Please DM me! Thanks
