It's funny you mentioned the 200mw 532 you sold me Paul..Lifetime machined a AL sink for it, to add to the sink you put on the driver for me
I put it in a toy Ray Gun but "unfortunately" I painted it black and it looks to much like a Glock to bring it outside:can:

Hi Paul,
The module i bought was from a member with some other items , I never built a 532 module and thought it was about time to give it a shot. The modules are long so the sink is long also. I used a new tool that forms a different groove. Do you have a 200mW - 532 you want to give up?? The host is of the C6 type size i had hanging out for a while.

Hey buddy where have you been , has been a while since you were on. Hope your well and things are good nice to hear from you. Yes that sink i made for you came out great and fit the phaser great to . When i have some time i machine besides the normal everyday duties. When i don't have a customers request i make what i had ideas for . Glad to have you back pal.

No the sink I just mentioned was for a different toy
but............the other 6 sinks you made for the phaser's fit like a glove and again have to mention the surprise custom phaser nozzle for focusing.

Hi, Rich. If you are interested, I guess I could let one of my higher power modules go. It would take me some time to get it ready as I modify them somewhat to run for longer times without losing power. The only part you would need to heat sink is the brass module where the 808nm diode and crystals are located. These do have a switch on them that I normally short out when I use them. It is a tactile switch, but I prefer a tail clicky instead. Let me know, buddy.

I hope your 532nm laser is still working well. That's funny that you can't take it outside without possibly being shot by a cop. I wouldn't take the chance either.

The 12mm hole is a perfect fit and the BE fits flush like it should, this will let me use a short 7mm long barreled G7 lens and BE without that adaptor, and it looks very nice, a welcome improvement to my no frills sink. I know I should make a spacer for my older build, I will, but having BE threads lets me omit the adaptor all together and use the G7 lenses and get closer to GBall cans.

Yes, everything except case negative. All of these are case positive because the 808nm pump diodes are too. The only difference is the positive battery contact goes toward the tail. Mine come with a 1 watt 808nm pump diode, unlike the smaller 500 mW pump diode ones. Not difficult to set up.

Hi paul,
Great build with the sink ifs knew what host you have i would have machined a a bezel stop to force fit the sink into that host . Te host looks like a XM900 that i have in stock. But the only thing is the manufacturers tolerances are different. The next time if you need a sink made send me the host so i can fit it precisely in the bell and bezel.
Over all awesome build my friend. The stop will look like this.

I can make most parts from stock even though I don't have a lathe, but I don't have a tap for the 3X BE, I have a M11 x 0.5 and a M12 x 0.5 and it's between the two but is it 11.5 or is it closer to 11.3875 ?

OK, I am not finding 11.5 x 0.5 listed for sale, but 29/64'' is 11.5094
I wonder if I can get a 29/64'' with 0.5 pitch metric spacing ?

I always just use standard hardware sizes and the correct tap, is this one that you had made custom ?

Also do you have this heatsink on hand? I can make up for it if the pinch ring is slightly too thin with solid copper wire made into a ring.

11.5x0.5 is an in between thread, i also found out that the JL 10X BE's threads are different from each other also. I have 3 of them and all threads on them are a different diameter .
And here is the pic from the other post i messed up to the recipient about the the stop caller on the sink.
