You got me a bit confused, what's a 505 BM & 480 BM. Are you building someone a couple of units like you built for me? If so, their gong to love them!

Hello Lifetime, I am curious about your thoughts on making a host like this to make it easy for people to glue in cylindrical lenses to correct the powerhouse NUBM44, I have done this many times, but you could possibly make the housing and heat sink, then the buyer would supply and install the diode module, driver and lenses.

I of course would be interested in buying the host and heat sink for myself as well and I would post a build.

Here is a 501B in blue with a 9mm 7875 diode SXD driver heat sinked with a copper piece on the IC , set to 1.6A with 11 millisecond ramp up G2 lens . Aluminum sink with a copper core pressed in ,copper focus adapter.

Here is a Oclaro 700 set to 1A / 3element lens /2x18350's / copper focus adapter.

Ooo, that's a snazzy new laser! You do good work with your focus knobs

Grooves and polish of first pic + host style of the longer host in second pic + side switch + 2 x 14500 battery.

here is anew NUBM44 build for sale, Full copper sink and a recessed brass focus adapter. It take 2x18650's and comes with a battery tube extension .
The driver is a SXD set to 4.5A and is heat sinked to the bottom of the main copper sink. 24AWG wire / G2 lens / and a copper half back machined by me on the 12mm module. 175.00 + 7.15 2-day shipped priority mail in the US.
