That heatsink design is working great. I can use a 1” diameter spring to get rid of the focus knob wobble that happens with the usual springs we use. Waiting on a few boost drivers to come in for the silver host.

Hi GSS,
DDEN needed this design for the sinks i machined , I liked them so much i am incorporating them into some builds. Thanks Dan, Oh and yes the sig pic is for sale if someone needs a full copper host.It also take 2-18650's with the battery extension tube. And its a side button host.

I have thought about making a focus knob that recesses to brace against the sides and take the slack out of the 9mm lens threads, that's a nice sturdy looking build, very nice. :gj:

Hi Red,
yes the older Springs that Jordan used were light with a little tention , but the newer ones are very rigid and a little heavier that i noticed.lately when i ordered from him. The focus adapter that is recessed does not sit on the sides of the sink that would cause some binding so you still need some play between the sink ID and the adapters OD, But it still works great. The host in the sig is very hefty due to the CU sink at a little over 2" past the bezel , And with the tube extension for the 2-18650's it will handle a 44 with ease with side button .

I tried (with a DTR module) with 510 attack the negative I put it as you said in an old post, inject hole and threaded grain with negative pole screwed in inside! the problem is that I can not make contact with the positive pole ... the pin is hard and does not come out and the wire of + or it breaks or does not go right .... how can i do it? I also bought 3x Aspire CF Mod​

Hi,
Ok you have the NEG- screwed in with the set screw, now the 510 end that screws into the aspire there is a small pin push that out and insert the POS+ wire in the hole and then replace the pin to compress the wire between the pin and 5110 module end.

The procedure I got it!
But replace the "pin" of the 510 module with what? another pin of different shape?
Is it correct what you mean? Or am I mistaken?​

Hi Look at the pic i sent you there is a small pin on the bottom of the picture that goes back in the hole in the 510 adapter and it will hold in your pos+ wire.
I will go to church tomorrow and light a candle hoping it comes together for you.
