I am sorry but I need to ask for my money back. 40 days is simply too long for me to wait. If they ever show up (not really planning on it at this point) I will send you the $$$$.

Got my order yesterday! It took only 9 days from Australia to Germany.
Only the tracking system isn't working :)

Sorry but things dont work that way. And like i said. I sent yours out. Because its been crossed of twice and once on the forum, If its was a muckup it couldnt get ticked of 3 times. 1 time is when it gets packaged,2nd time when its handed in at the postal to double check if all the ones crossed off is all there, 3rdly when i get back and update the list.

So i dont know if you did get it, or did not. but like i said to you thousands of time. 3 sled is not awhole lot to scam you for. so why would i bother? If your calling me a lier and not sending your orders out. Then your totally wrong.

Unfortunately, that is exactly how it is supposed to work.  Until your customer actually receives the item, you are responsible.  I know that you are dealing with the extra challenge of international mailing for most of your sales, but if the postal service loses it, you are responsible.  Like you, I have sent hundreds of packages out with only one being lost.  I had to replace that laser.  I send them with insurance and signature confirmation, so the Post office reimbursed me, but it was my responsibility to take care of it.  Out of the hundreds of packages I have received, one was also lost. (several more have been damaged).

The post office is YOUR agent of delivery in the sale.  If your agent fails you pay.  Unless you have some sort of disclaimer or agreement with your customer about you not being responsible, you are.  If the customer executes payment, you must execute delivery.  Will you lose money on this sale? -- Yes.  That is part of the risk you take by being in business.

40 days is long enough to call the package "lost."  Just like heavenset had to trust that you would mail out the package, you have to trust that he will let you know if the first shipment arrives in addition to the replacement package.

Received my first order yesterday :)
Wasn't able to test it yet but im loving the lens already ... it looks slightly different to the aixiz lens i know from my other pointers and it seems to make the bluray alot more powerful.

Hope my other 2 modules will hve the same lenses :)

Didn't receive the optics i asked for though :-/

daguin how can you say that? if i buy somthing from you. and lets just say, it was hanging out of a mail box or if i happened to of got it, and i figure i would just say i didnt, do you then go out handing money back to everyone?

Not saying that Heavensnt is a lier, But i've had people complaining about not getting their order, but in the end, it DID show up. Did i post it? Yes, Did the post office take awhile to deliver it? Hell yeah. But now im out of 3 Sleds that i sent out, Who will refund me those 3? You? the supplier? Is there anywhere on the Forum that says you buy at your own risk, and that every transaction is full proof? If so, then i just dont have anything to worry about do i?  I've had stuff which i've paid and have not got, What do you my reply will be when i ask for a refund?

So Daguin, unless you can help out in the matter, i would appreciate it if  you dont say anything to esculate the matter. I have said to Heavensnt that if indeed after awhile he hasnt got he's order, Then PM me and i will deal with it privately. Did you read that part?
And to say he trust me to send out the package and i trust him to tell me when it arrives. Obviously he doesnt trust me, otherwise he wouldnt ask me soo many times if I've sent it, which i replied I have cause i know i have. Once i print out a label with names and address, It stays in my label printing document.

Im not the type of person to take someones money and not hand over anything in return. I have had many things sent to me before paying and everyone has got their money, Same as when i send things out. I always try to do the right thing by people and make sure they get what they buy. And Remember It wasnt a sales purchase, but rather a GB, so you had to consider time in the matter!!!!!


To everyone Else, Please ignore the top bit. I had a slight situation with my laptop which i noted in the Start of the page. But everything will be updated and orders sent out. Those ordering PHR, it will be sent soon, as there are no Stock left until the end or early next week.

                      sorry to hear about your Computer problem.... I know what a
BIACH it is when your communication system goes down....

I know that you ship your items out when you says you did... I got my stuff from
you... And you are on the other side of the globe from us....

Please understand that I'm not taking anyone's side here...

I also sell across the globe.... and if I sell an inexpensive item I ship it the most
economical way to reduce my costs... and if a customer says he didn't receive his
package... I ask him to wait at least 30-40 days (depending where it was sent to)...
Then if it hasn't arrived after 40 days... I suck it up and (1) send another item or
(2) issue a refund... (normally it is cheaper just to issue the refund since the item
was already lost once).

If I sell an expensive item... It will always go out with Shipping Insurance
because I can't afford to replace/refund expensive items....
But I make the choice to put insurance on the item or not...

If I do take Insurance... the Post Office is responsible for package loses/damage...
If I don't take Insurance... I'm responsible for package losses/damage...
(Especially if I have no proof that the item was delivered)

Just my $0.02.... ;)

I just love the attitude that has started to permeate the forum that says "if you aren't going to say what I want, then stay out of MY thread."  You have the right to sell and write your opinion.  SO DO I.  I am helping out in the matter.  I'm just not helping the way you want me to.  I have not accused you of anything.  I have simply stated that until it is in the hands of your customer, it is your responsibility.

Yes, you may loose money on this.  That is the chance you take when you decide to be a "business.".   Yes, people sometimes lie.  That is the chance you take.  No, no one is going to reimburse you.  This situation is part of the cost of doing business.  If you do not incorporate a bit into the pricing structure to cover these types of losses, you will either go out of business because you lost too much money or you will go out of business because eventually you will run out of customers.  You get to decide how you will react.  I have explained how I would handle it.  You have the right to disagree with me, but I have the right to state my position.

I am not escalating the situation.  I am trying to help you become a responsible business person.  With inexpensive items, if it gets "lost", I suck it up and replace the item.  If it is an expensive item, it goes out with insurance and signature confirmation.  Yes, I have had to replace and/or repair items that were clearly damaged by the user.  In those instances the customer clearly lied to me.  I still fixed it.  I usually do my best to educate them, but I fix it.  If it happens more than once, I systematically restrict how much business I will do with them and/or I make the laser more "tamper-proof."

Fourty days for a small package is long enough to consider it lost.  YOU now get to decide how you will handle it.  I get to make recommendations based in my experience.  We BOTH get to post our opinions.

"Mailed" and "delivered" are not the same thing.

Laser_Bee you are correct, And i respect your opinion. Some people dont know the whole situation before they come out with comments. Opion is different and Telling people what they should do is somthing entirley different!!!!

Daguin if you came out and said, Tommy i think its best to just issue a refund, then i would polietly let you know how know whats going on, but you didnt. you just start off by saying "YES, Thats exactly what you should do" Sounds nice? I've never open my mouth saying to you if you have nothing good to say dont come into my thread, You told yourself that!! I've told you that, if you didnt have anything helpful to say, then i would appreciate if you didnt say it, to not esculate the matter. By you saying what you said or "giving your opinion" didnt help, and if it did esculate, you wouldnt know it!

Laser_Bee, I did tell him to give it more time, and thats acouple weeks ago, and if he has still not recieved it, then PM me, and i will resend him another. I've told him Soo many times to PM and not to rant in public as i dont want people to see this situation and think, 'Hey, thats what i should say to get another diode or whatever etc etc" If he handled it in a professional manner, then thats exactly how i would of handle this situation. I've told him if i've resent him another 3, that if the others did end up finiding its way to he's house that i trust him to return it back. But no response!!

These sleds are not exspensive or mean much to me, and like i've said, i've given more out to people then i can count on 2 hands. I dont think giving him another 3 sled will hurt me in any way. But if he listen and do as i say, then it would of been resolved. Somtimes i get back from work late, and have to answer 20+ PM's and dont usually go and read threads. So thats the other reason why i say PM ME.

I ask Daguin and Laser_bee personally. After he's creating all this Drama on the thread, all this argueing and tensions are getting hot in here. If he DID end up recieving the parcel, just say in the next 1-2 days, will you think he will then openly admit he has got it, or will he be reluctant to do so now???? because of all this?? I want your opinion, im not arguing with you both.
i have done buisness with Laser_Bee and i have talked to Daguin before, and i do have respect for the both of you guys. So answer me honestly what you think of my question?

After answering the question, i would be thankful if this is the end of this topic on the thread. Thanks


SVDR, I have posted on the start of the thread here, that these are available, but i've also listed that i have none instock at this moment, but have more on the way and it will be here monday or tuesday the latest ;)

just a random question but why are your GB prices more than your sale prices? are you looking to get rich from members?  :-? your sale price for phrs here is 13$ & lpc's are 13.50$ and your GB prices are 13.20$ for phr and 14.30$..... :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? ::)

am i really the first one thats noticed this? :-X
