I'm not a fan or our suit-happy society...but small claims fees are only about $80......If that gets his attention and the issue is resolved, great. If not, then you can continue on with the original claim.

The other thing you could look at is a class action where all the people who can prove they are owed money get together and try to take him to court..... I am not sure if that can work across a number of countries though

Damn that sounds bad.He should've just abandoned school or other activities that stoped him from delivering on time.And forget about eating , sleeping or other time consuming activities and make those drivers in time.

BlueFusion was paid $700 for the laser. He apparently has the laser in his possession and all he needs to do is ship it. Surely he can take 20 minutes to ship an item that a customer paid that much money for. To make things even worse I believe laserterd bought the laser from BlueFusion's Blazelasers business. When you buy from an actual shop you can usually expect some form of professionalism at least. Even warnlaser and other crap companies will answer emails. Why can't he tell his parents to ship the items if he truly can't spare any time? Surely his parents wouldn't want their son owing several people expensive items.

I'm thinking that BF is either completely bankrupt and has NO money or he is simply lazy. He's probably using this forum as a type of payday loan center and he keeps "borrowing" money from people with no intention of actually shipping anything. He takes their money, uses it and then makes them wait 2 months or more before refunding it without ever attempting to ship the goods.

I'm sure you can contact the admin for BlueFusion's IP address, then easily find his info from there. I would recommend a phone call at least.

I havn't followed this thread closely or know how many people are due a refund or the item they ordered, but besides filing claims with PayPal, they should also file a dispute with their credit card company if they used a credit card to fund the purchase through PayPal; however you only have 60 days/2 billing cycles to do this.

Also, if anyone has this persons name and address, they should make it privately available by email to others who are in the same boat, then each should call the local police dept. in the city this person address is located.
I know it's an overseas for many, but if the local police gets several complaints of internet fraud, they will investigate it.
You never know the real age of some people doing this stuff on the net, but it's possible the person is not even of legal age and that would make his/her parents responsible. Chance are if it's a minor, the parents don't even know this is happening, but you can bet they'll find out when the cops show up at the door.

I hope everyone gets their money back, but under no means should anyone send him money for products so that others can be paid; that's how pyramid schemes work. If he/she really has something of value, he/she should offer to send it to someone they owe money to, and have them sell it to re coupe their losses.

I think he should be on house arrest until he clears this up. However, that is a bit outside my ability. One problem with him is that he is using this forum to solicit more money from members in what can be best described as a little "Ponzi Scheme" (using later investors to pay off earlier investors so he can get more investors)

Well.
Current situation is this:
Today I'm going to the post office to send Things a bluray diode, Laserterd his laser (finally) and a KTP I sold to someone else for not nearly as much as I wanted for it.
From now if you haven't heard - anything I sell to pay off paypal debts is now shipped before payment.

May I ask for one thing though - any of you that I haven't sold anything to can you please go away. I'd like to deal only with those I've sold things to. Otherwise it's just an all in gang bashing... "oh look someone did something wrong, lets go get angry"

I'm only one laser sale and postage away from having all the money back - and I'm just starting 2 weeks of holidays so I will get them posted, and buyer only pays once you receive it.
(It's a S-KY 1000mw 808nm focusable portable. $350 ONO.)

Blue needs to stop talking and produce. These posting are NOT slowing him down. If I post 1,000,000,000 messages in here, he can still get to the post office. Angry, disappointed people need a place to vent. If they don't get to vent, they will take other action to relieve their frustrations. Typing here is much less damaging to Blue than some of the other actions suggested.

According to what others have said, he isn't replying to emails/PMs, that is why threads like these are created.

Also, stuff like this needs to be brought public, you can't hide the fact that there are a bunch of people out there wanting their lasers/money.

Yes I realise people need to know, BUT a 10 page flame war is just gonna make people leave the forum! I dunno why everyone is still going on with it, they will get thier money, and I know it. This is just another reason for people to leave the forum, and trust me, we dont wanna go there again!
